I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room needed updating but was great when we finally got what we paid for. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with a room mix-up. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the interstate, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, there was a noticeable smoky smell in the room. The location was convenient being close to the expressway to both airports and the city of Chicago, but lacking in nearby amenities. The senior management official on duty demonstrated top-notch customer service skills. The dining options were limited to just muffins and coffee, disappointing for a meal. Overall, a decent value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and neat but unfortunately had a horribly stale smell and were too noisy as they were located near the elevator. The service was excellent overall, with a kind gesture of reversing a room charge and very apologetic staff, although not all were very friendly. The location was a plus due to its convenient access to the expressway for travel to the airports and the city of Chicago. However, the condition of the carpeting and the distance from necessary amenities made me feel somewhat isolated. The dining options were below normal, offering only muffins and coffee. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel managed to handle the issues well, and the manager, Kareem, was very hands-on. Overall, a decent but not perfect experience.
