I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room needed updating but was great when we finally got what we paid for. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with a room mix-up. The location was convenient being close to both airports and the city, but on the pricier side. The dining was below normal, unfortunately.

The senior management official on duty demonstrated top-notch customer service skills. The dining options were limited to just muffins and coffee, disappointing for a meal. Overall, a decent value for the money.

Despite the shortcomings, the hotel managed to handle the issues well, and the manager, Kareem, was very hands-on. Overall, a decent but not perfect experience.
